Leopold Sandler is co-founder and Managing Director of GLD Holding GmbH.
Vita He graduated from the Technical University of Vienna in 1992 as a civil engineer. Between 1992 and 1996, he was co-owner of the construction company Sandler Bau GmbH. Immediately afterwards, he started his first investment project in Hungary: South of Budapest, the largest gravel plant in the country was built. Since 2000, Leopold Sandler has been dedicated to real estate development in Central and Eastern Europe; since 2018, he has also been dedicating himself to an initiative in an ecological context: the Treesource project.

Gerhard Zehethofer

Gerhard Zehethofer is co-founder and managing director of GLD Holding GmbH.
Vita 1985 he completed his architectural studies at the Technical University of Vienna. Three years later, after successful collaboration with some renowned architects, he founded the architectural firm Zehethofer, which deals primarily with the complete execution of projects: from site assessment to cost and deadline control to finished property.

Clemens Lehr

Vita Clemens Lehr started his career as a Relationship Manager at Telekom Austria. In 1999 he graduated from the Institute for International Economic Relations in Eisenstadt/Austria. During his work for OMV AG, he acquired his first experience in Eastern Europe. From 1999 to 2005 he worked for, among others, Raiffeisen International in Moscow and Kiev. In 2005 he moved to the GLD INVEST GROUP.

Eva Zupko

Vita Éva Zupkó was born in 1973 in the Hungarian city of Miskolc. In 1994 she obtained her diploma in foreign trade studies. She worked in the construction industry in Germany between 1992 and 1997. In 1998, together with Leopold Sandler, she built the gravel plant "Yorks" in Kiskunlachza, in whose successful management she was involved until 2003. Afterwards, she was employed by Patht Kavicsbénya Kft., until she became Managing Director of CEE Real Invest Kft. in April 2005. In addition to her Hungarian mother tongue, she also speaks fluent German.
